- Clinical information — details you share during consultation and treatment, used to provide physiotherapy care, prescriptions, and rehabilitation plans
- App account information — your phone number and a PIN you use to access the VPARC app, along with your prescription and exercise history
Payment information: When you pay through the VPARC app, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. VPARC does not receive, see, or store your card, UPI, or banking details at any point.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide physiotherapy consultation, treatment, and follow-up care
- To generate and deliver your digital prescriptions and rehabilitation plans through the VPARC app
- To send appointment and payment confirmations via SMS or WhatsApp
- To maintain your treatment history for continuity of care across visits
Data Storage & Security
Information collected through the VPARC app is stored securely using Google Firebase, a widely used and secure cloud infrastructure. Access to patient records is restricted to authorised VPARC clinical staff. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal or clinical information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with a referring doctor if you have been referred to VPARC, or where required by law.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by VPARC, subject to our obligation to maintain clinical records as required by applicable healthcare regulations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
