These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VPARC website (varanasiphysio.com) and the VPARC app, operated by Varanasi Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre. By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these terms.
Nature of Our Services
VPARC provides physiotherapy consultation, treatment, and rehabilitation services. The website and app provide information, appointment facilitation, and digital delivery of prescriptions and rehabilitation plans. They are not a substitute for in-person medical consultation or emergency care. Always seek in-person clinical assessment for new or worsening symptoms.
The VPARC App
The VPARC app allows patients to access their digital prescriptions, revised prescriptions, and rehabilitation exercise plans issued by VPARC. Access to the app is provided in connection with a one-time or recurring fee as displayed at the time of payment. Login credentials (your phone number and a PIN) are for your personal use only and should not be shared.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and clinical information
- You are responsible for keeping your app PIN confidential
- You agree to use the website and app only for their intended purpose
Payments
Payments made through the VPARC app are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. Pricing is displayed before payment is made. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.
Limitation of Liability
VPARC provides its services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, VPARC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
